Dates Announced For Motley Crue, Def Leppard and Poison 2020 Tour

It’s certainly being set up as the biggest tour of the upcoming year. Being advertised as ‘A tour so big, we can only do it in the largest stadiums.’ Which, makes sense. I mean, We’re talking about three power house bands. Between the three of them there’s at least 200 million albums sold. Plus, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts have been added to the bill. So that’s another big name and market. All in all it’s shaping up to be a great experience. And now, it’s confirmed with announced tour dates.

Obviously the tour is mostly about Motley Crue reuniting. I believe they are the headliners. The venues the bands are hitting are massive. An array of baseball and football stadiums. They’re the only venues big enough for a tour like this. Particularly since Motley Crue have experienced a 350% increase in popularity. Mainly in the 18-39 demographic. Which is really a big deal. And a testament to the success of their film ‘The Dirt.’ However, Vince Neil better get in shape and get his voice in order. Or else Def Leppard and Poison will absolutely blow them out of the water if not. The tour begins in Miami on July 7th and wraps up in Los Angeles at the brand new SoFi football stadium on Sept 5th.

This tour is sure to be as massive as advertised. And personally, I can’t wait to see Def Leppard for the first time. I’ve been meaning to get on that for the last 15 years or so. And seeing this show in Los Angeles, the home of two of the bands on the list, will truly be special. Pre-sale for members of fan clubs have begun.
